Escape With Your Friends
To the Wonderful World of American Craft

This year the Craft Show again offers a special treat … a trip to the Craft Show AND a docent-led tour for groups of 10 or more at the discounted price of only $10 per ticket.

Tours will be offered:

     Thursday, April 22nd, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

     Friday, April 23rd, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

You can choose to focus on one of these media categories:

Ceramics
Jewelry
Wearables
Award-Winners


If you prefer a customized tour, including other media, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Participants will interact with the artists, enjoy  the colorful creativity of their work, and discuss the process and the vision that inspires the extraordinary objects.

Tickets include all-day admission to the Craft Show. Other special attractions include:

   • Understanding Jewelry and Light Metal, a series of demonstrations and talks;
   • Emerging Artists Exhibition, featuring juried work by
      students at the Corcoran College of Art + Design;
   • Online Auction; and
   • Raffle.

There is a café on site, or you can leave the National Building Museum for lunch and return later in the day.
